She works in an old crumbling castle tower, one of the only parts of the long-abandoned place that still stands. Her laboratory is full of little machines that whiz and pop, and vials full of unknown materials abound. The room is perilous with potentially dangerous substances just strewn about, you find her hunched over a contraption of vials, jars, tubes and fire. She raises her hand indicating she needs a moment before you may speak, she turns to her notebook; quill pen in hand as she scribbles down her findings in a cypher that only she can understand. Finally, she turns to your patiently waiting figure and pulls down her goggles awaiting your request.
